The hotel beautifully showcases original architectural features and the decor thoughtfully reflects the Titanic's legacy. The layout is very accessible for seniors, with ramps and elevators making it easy to explore galleries and public spaces comfortably.
Improved noise insulation from outside traffic would help.

Exceptional hotel, exceptional experience, with the best breakfast I've ever had featuring top-quality options and convenient access to the Titanic Experience just a short walk away.
All good without adding further information.

The executive room offered exceptional space and comfort, featuring a large en-suite and a delightful shower with a rainfall head. The birthday package was a standout, providing a delightful surprise with chocolate-dipped strawberries and Prosecco. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, but service can get a bit slow when busy. While the hotel provides a pleasant atmosphere, the check-in process could have been smoother and quicker.

Our stay was fantastic! The decor throughout the hotel is both modern and themed, making it a unique experience. We loved checking out the bar and the Crew Space, which added to the fun. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, and the breakfast had tons of tasty options. Plus, the location is great, near the SSE arena and public transport.
The only downside was the parking fee, which felt too high for hotel guests. It would be nice if they could revise that.

We had a memorable stay to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday at the Titanic museum. The rich history and unique decor of the hotel were truly captivating, enhancing our experience as Titanic enthusiasts. I was frustrated when we found out our superior room had been oversold, resulting in a downgrade without a price adjustment. the ambiance of the hotel was fantastic, but it was disappointing to encounter such an experience on a special occasion.

Awesome history, but some misses
The vibe is really cool, and the history is everywhere. Staff was super friendly too! I was a bit bummed that my room wasn’t ready on time and it felt a bit pricey for what we got. The Wolff Grill was nice, but I didn’t get the full vegan menu options, which kinda stinks.

Absolutely loved the history vibe here! The room was spacious and clean, perfect for my family escape. Found plenty to read about the Titanic, which made our stay quite entertaining!
Waiting ages for dinner felt like a scene from the ship that sank! Honestly, who knew an ‘executive’ experience would involve so much waiting?
